Integrated Resort Scheme - IRS
A foreigner can buy a freehold property in Mauritius within an integrated residential development. The property cost at a minimum USD 500,000.
Property development scheme (PDS)
Foreigners can buy real estate in a PDS project and they will be eligible for a Residence Permit with a minimum investment of USD 375,000.
Residential estates development
Foreigners can buy a freehold property in Mauritius within a residential development. The property cost at a minimum USD150,000.
Smart City scheme - SC
The Smart City Scheme is a mixed-use property development programme that incorporates office,
residential, commercial, educational and medical spaces as well as a leisure component. Foreigners can buy real estate in a smart city and they will be eligible for a Residence Permit with a minimum investment of USD 375,000.
Ground +2 Apartments - GR+2
Foreigners are also allowed to purchase an apartment in a building of a least 2 floors above ground floor for an amount not less than USD 150,000.
